Important Disclosures

Effective September 29, 2026 · Capital Elevation Network LLC

Read this before using Skopina. Skopina is an informational and analytical tool. It is not investment advice. Framework readings characterize investor reasoning styles; they are not predictions, forecasts, or recommendations. Any historical illustrations are hypothetical.

1. No investment advice; no adviser relationship

Skopina is a product of Capital Elevation Network LLC. Nothing on skopina.com or in the Skopina application constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any strategy. Capital Elevation Network LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor. Using Skopina does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship. Consult a qualified professional before making any investment decision.

2. What the frameworks are

Each Skopina framework encodes an investor's publicly documented investment philosophy as a set of explicit, rule-based criteria and applies those criteria to current public data. The frameworks characterize a reasoning style. They do not replicate, imitate, or predict any investor's actual trades, positions, returns, or decisions, and they are not trained on any investor's proprietary trading history.

Framework names reference the public philosophies of the investors named. Skopina is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of those individuals or their firms, and no such affiliation should be inferred.

3. Not predictions or forecasts

Framework readings, including labels such as "steady," "watching," or "elevated," describe how a given reasoning style would characterize current conditions. They are not forecasts of market direction, prices, credit events, or economic outcomes, and they should not be read as signals to act.

4. Hypothetical and backtested performance

Any historical, backtested, or simulated results shown in Skopina materials are hypothetical illustrations of methodology. They are not a track record and do not reflect actual trading. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not reflect the impact of market factors such as liquidity or transaction costs, and may not account for how the methodology would have been applied in real time. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown. Past or hypothetical performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Disclosed holdings ("what the funds hold")

Where Skopina presents fund holdings, that information is drawn from public regulatory filings (such as SEC Forms 13F and N-PORT) where available. Such filings are periodic, delayed, and may be incomplete; they reflect only positions required to be disclosed, as of the filing date, and may not represent a fund's current or full portfolio. Disclosed positions are presented for context and are not a recommendation or signal.

6. Data sources and accuracy

Skopina relies on public data from sources that may include the Federal Reserve (FRED and Board publications), the FDIC, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the CFTC, the FFIEC, the OCC, and SEC EDGAR, among others. We do not control these sources and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or of any output derived from it. Data may be revised, delayed, or contain errors. Verify independently before relying on anything.

7. Use of a language model

Skopina's analytical outputs are computed by rule-based code. A language model is used to generate plain-language explanations of those outputs. The language model does not make investment decisions, generate predictions, or alter the underlying analysis. Language-model text may contain errors or imprecision and should be read as an explanatory aid, not an authoritative statement.

8. Pre-release software

The Skopina preview is pre-release software. Features, data coverage, and methodology may change without notice, and the application may be unavailable at times.

9. Intellectual property

Certain Skopina methods are the subject of a pending U.S. patent application. All content is owned by Capital Elevation Network LLC and licensed for your personal research use only under our Terms of Use.
